Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at support@faderci.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or defective items will be refunded or replaced at no extra cost. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defective products.
